When I reached midlife, I began to understand that life is not about setting ends and succeeding - but it is all about significance. Instead, Dr. Holden states if you are unhappy with your life there are two things you can do. "We have got got to larn to allow travel of our past, we have to give up all hopes for a perfect past. Let the past go, it's gone." After that, he says, "Take a vow of kindness. Be kinder to yourself and to others.
"It's never too late to be happy," he states and it's never too late to get making a difference in the lives of those with whom we share this planet. Who are you disbursement your clip with?
